Project Background: Citizen was approached by a leading technology brand to understand how their global customer base store files and work collaboratively online. The fieldwork was conducted in Delhi, Dubai and Taipei.

Methodologies: In-Labs, Remote Research Interviews, Usability Studies, Dyad Interviews, In-Homes, Cultural Immersion Activities.

Notes on Cultural Immersions: Teams participated in a scavenger hunt through Taipei that included immersion into everyday life scenarios culminating in an evening with local businesses, industry insiders and journalists.

Deliverables & Outcomes: Insight into the perceptions of the value of paid storage across different cultures. Research led to new pricing structures especially for India market.
