We delved into the working lives of everyday people in Delhi, Dubai and Taipei for a fantastic cross cultural study.

Project Background: Citizen was approached by a leading technology brand to understand how their global customer base store files and work collaboratively online. The fieldwork was conducted in Delhi, Dubai and Taipei.

Methodologies: In-Labs, Remote Research Interviews, Usability Studies, Friendship Pairs, In-Homes, Cultural Immersion activities. 

Notes on Cultural Immersions: Teams participated in a scavenger hunt through Taipei that included immersion into everyday life scenarios - using public transport, shopping exercises, street foods, nightlife and culminated in an evening with local businesses, industry insiders and journalists. In Delhi and Dubai, the teams were taken out and about to observe and engage with a wide variety of local life from visiting cultural landmarks to street markets, adventurous eating assignments to meeting with the most interesting cultural voices.
