Navigating cultural red lines in KSA for a social media platform.
Project Background: Citizen was approached by a leading technology brand to understand the privacy concerns of a broad spectrum of young women across social media platforms. The company wanted to launch a new messaging app specifically aimed at women. The fieldwork was conducted in India, Saudi Arabia and the US.
Methodologies: In-Labs, Usability Studies, Friendship Pairs, In-Homes, Cultural Immersion activities.
